Here at Graffiti Entertainment and Media Services, we strive to make all our services and projects as smooth and easy as possible in a step by step process between all customers, business partners and team members of Graffitiemsi for all projects. Please Read:
Required Documents
Once service is booked please ensure to email all required documents to info@graffitiemsi.com within 48 hours. Failure to do so will forfeit the turnaround time promised.
Turnaround Time
Please READ: Graffiti Entertainment and Media Services has a 2-WEEK turnaround for all projects and a 3-WEEK turnaround for logo development and videography projects. If you need your project developed before 3 weeks, a rush fee will be assessed.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be presented to Graffiti Entertainment and Media Services. in writing. Refund requests must be made prior to Graffiti Entertainment and Media Services. receiving written or verbal authorization or approval of acceptance of services performed. After a proof has been accepted and revisions have begun no refund is available on graphic and design services. No refunds on logos once the design process has started. In the event a refund is issued,
a $75 fee will be deducted for consultation and processing.
Termination of Contract
We love our clients and understand the anticipation of your project! We promise to treat you with respect and respond in a timely and professional manner. Any form of harassment, abuse, and unprofessionalism is strictly prohibited when being serviced by Graffiti Entertainment and Media Services. Graffitiemsi reserves the right to terminate any contract with no refund if any of these occur. Client will be given a warning if a warning is acceptable for the offense.
However, a warning is not required.
